Rancho Palos Verdes

The fourth city created on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Rancho Palos Verdes is also the most diverse, with developments starting with 1950’s homes of relatively small lots and small homes, allowing relatively affordable access to Palos Verdes Peninsula award-winning schools to 7,000-8,000 sq. ft. estates built on ½ acre lots in the 1990’s to new home construction near Trump Golf Course and everything in between!  Rancho Palos Verdes begin in the middle of the Peninsula to the southern coast of the Peninsula , and to the east side of the Peninsula so one also has choices of climate (about a 10 degree difference from one side to the other!), choices of commute duration depending on where one works.  Rancho Palos Verdes provides views from citylights to ocean and catalina to harbor and coastline to golf courses. Many recreational facilities are available, the city tennis courts to the miles of hiking and riding trails to golf courses, yacht clubs, Terranea spa, ice skating and archery nearby.
